It features high flame retardant efficiency with low addition amount, can withstand high temperatures, does not migrate, has good compatibility with resins, and has little impact on the physical properties of the products. It meets REACH and RoHS. It can be applied in the fields of PET films, PET spinning, etc.
Product Dosage and Achievement of FR Standard: In the PET film or spinning process, when the addition amount is 8-10%, it can reach the UL94V0 standard.
The optimal temperature of drying before fused is 100-110℃, and the drying time is 3-4 hours.
