Product Characteristics: It is an excellent chlorinated polyphosphate ester, featuring advantages such as low fogging and low yellow core. It can meet the requirements of low fogging for automotive applications. The product has excellent flame retardancy and migration resistance, and can be used as a durable flame retardant for flexible PU foaming.
Product Dosage and Achieved Flame Retardant Standards: Application example - slow rebound sponge or memory PU foam. The density of the foam is about 50KG/M³, with 100 parts of polyether, 20 parts of MA-058, and 30 parts of melamine flame retardant powder. It can meet the flame retardant standards such as BS5852-Crib5, FMVSS302, California TB117, DIN75200, etc.
